Everyone is entitled to a free taster session at no cost. To be able to attend a free taster session the customer needs to complete born2move’s enrolment form and inform Becci when they plan to attend. If the customer is aware of any personal health issues that might be affected by exercise they need to check with their doctor prior to attending.

 

There are three options available to customers wanting to join born2move’s Fitness Camps:

Customers who pay monthly can attend unlimited sessions during that month. The price is not affected by the length of the month.

 

This must be set up to be paid on the 1^st of the month for that month; if the customer misses this deadline they must pay by cheque at the price of £69. The £49 fee is only available through the standing order option on the 1^st of the month.  Customers that set up a standing order must continue with it for a minimum of 3 months, if after this time they wish to cancel they must inform Becci (becci@born2move.co.uk) then cancel with the bank themselves.

Due to the administration time required those customers wishing to pay by cheque or cash instead of standing order can do so at a slightly higher fee. If a customer wishes to pay by cheque they must do so before the beginning of the month.

Sessions do not take place on bank holidays and the monthly fee will not be amended because of this. 

When breaks take place (over the Christmas period) and less than 12 sessions are delivered in a month, standing order customers will be reimbursed, the amount will depend on how long the break will last.

Born2move will endeavour to provide 4 sessions a week. If a session is cancelled for whatever reason then every effort will be made to rearrange. If a cancelled session cannot be rearranged then the monthly fee will not be amended unless less than 12 sessions are delivered in that month.

The monthly fee will not be amended if customers go on holiday

 

 

Customers can purchase 12 sessions and use them at anytime with no expiry date. The cost of 12 anytime sessions is £102.13+VAT = £120.

 

At the start of every session the trainer will take a register to record how many sessions a customer has used. Both the customer and the Trainer on duty will sign the register to say they have attended that session.

Pay-as-you-go is only available to people visiting the Peak District, if you live in or around the Peak District you are not entitled to this offer. A pay-as-you-go session is £8.51+VAT = £10. If a pay-as-you-go customer is visiting the Peak District for one month or more then they are not entitled to the pay-as-you-go offer. Customers visiting the Peak District for 1 month or more are entitled to take advantage of either option 1 or option 2 above.
