Pool Workout

For all of you who really enjoy swimming we have put together a short set for you to complete in the pool.  Watch the video below to find out more.

Warm up

Perform 4 - 6 gentle lengths to warm yourself up before you starts the main set

Main set

1 length hard, 1 length easy

2 hard, 1 easy

3 hard, 1 easy

4 hard, 1 easy

3 hard, 1 easy

2 hard, 1 easy

1 hard, REST

 Try to build yourself up to performing this set 4 times through with a 2 minute rest in between each set for a hard workout.

Cool Down

Perform 4 - 6 gentle lengths.
