Leg it and Lunge

For an awesome cardio and lower body workout try completing the set below:

Find a hill and set 3 cones in a line 20 steps apart.  Everyone starts together and performs 10 lunges at cone 1, 10 squats at cone 2, 5 squat jumps at cone 3. After performing the given exercise at each cone run back to the start before progressing to the next cone. Rest for one minute after completing the set before going again. Repeat the set through 5 - 8times for a hard workout!  Watch the video for futher detail.
