Group Outdoor Fitness

The born2move Group Outdoor Fitness training programme aims to help you achieve two main goals: improved physical fitness and to help you love exercise! The born2move Group Outdoor Fitness training programme is currently delivered in Chatsworth (Peak District, Derbyshire) and Sheffield (Endcliffe Park) with new camps launching during 2010. Our sessions are NOT based on military fitness but instead allow you to get fit with friends in the great outdoors, while having a whole lot of fun.

Each group outdoor fitness training session takes place in the local outdoor space and lasts for 1 hour. Your first session is FREE of charge allowing you to experience our camps before you join. After your first session you simply pay £120 for 12 sessions and you choose when you attend. In addition to your fitness camps you also have access to the born2move e-resource for healthy living that delivers fortnightly resources to help you set goals through articles, self tests, routines and videos.
